We are excited to announce Brooke’s classes beginning August 1.  She will be teaching the 11am on Monday and the 4.30pm on Thursday.  She is an amazing teacher with lots to share.  We are also shifting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning classes from 9.15 to 9am and 11.15 to 11am.  Therefore, there will be a 9 – 10.30am class on Mon, Wed, Fri and an 11-12.30pm class on Mon, Wed, Fri.  Mahalo for your continued support!  See you on the mat!!!!!
