We are excited to announce Brooke’s classes beginning August 1. She will be teaching the 11am on Monday and the 4.30pm on Thursday. She is an amazing teacher with lots to share. We are also shifting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning classes from 9.15 to 9am and 11.15 to 11am. Therefore, there will be a 9 – 10.30am class on Mon, Wed, Fri and an 11-12.30pm class on Mon, Wed, Fri. Mahalo for your continued support! See you on the mat!!!!!

Tracy is an integrative yoga teacher and loves the flow of ashtanga vinyasa with an Iyengar eye to alignments. Classes vary depending upon the students, but one can expect to become conscious of breath, build strength and focus on proper alignments in this classical style of yoga.

We will be opened for the morning classes on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. All afternoon classes after 12.30 p.m. will be canceled. We will be closed on Christmas Day and there will be one 10-11.30 a.m. class on New Years Day. Happy Holidays!
