Classes

We offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels, ranging in style from Gentle/Vini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, to Foundational, Anusara Inspired and Power Flow. We also have pre-natal classes for expectant mothers, and Mommy & Me Yoga. Or, try one of our dance and movement classes, such as hip hop, modern dance, belly dance, and salsa.

For yoga classes you will need a mat and a small towel. A yoga block, strap, blanket, and eye pillow are helpful but not necessary. It is also advised to hydrate properly before class. It is not advised to drink water during your practice. Light meals should be consumed one hour before class and heavy meals can be consumed two hours before class. The yoga instructor should be informed of any medical conditions as there are contraindications to most of the asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath work).
