Kihei Community Yoga Center was established to fill the need for a variety of affordable Yoga classes in the Kihei community. Yoga partners, Tracy Keenan and Meghan Franklin brought the center to fruition as that need became evident. The instructors of Kihei Community Yoga Center bring years of teaching experience and a passion of Yoga to the center. Kihei Community Yoga Center strives to bring an honor to the body through the practice (sadhana).
When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bounds: Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.

About meghan:
Meghan received her Kripalu Yoga Teaching Certification in May of 2004. Meghan has also been certified in the nationally recognized K-8 Yoga Ed. program and Sonia Sumar’s Yoga for the Special Child. Meghan is also a member of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association, in which she receives quarterly materials that enhance her practice and teaching.

We are having a celebration at the studio December 30……Free class 6-7pm with a party afterward.
Asking for a non perishable food item along with a favorite dish. We will supply drinks etc.

Hi Tracy: Just checked your centre — congrats on your birthday anniversary — BRAVO! Graydon & I will be on Maui for Jan./Feb. — hope to get in lots of yoga with you. I’m delighted that you’re still making your mark on Maui — hope that your new house has worked out. It seems that Mary’s cottage is available so we’ll rent that — a little out of the way, but we’ll make the most of it. Looking forward to seeing you in a few weeks. Season’s Greetings to you and your sweetie, and that gorgeous daughter, Dylan. We’re off to Calgary, Alberta for xmas and back in Victoria for Jan.
