She has performed at the Kumquat Theater and the Wilma Theater in Philadelphia.

Meghan received her Kripalu Yoga Teaching Certification in May of 2004 and has been teaching ever since. She has also been certified in the nationally recognized K-8 Yoga Ed. program and Sonia Sumar’s Yoga for the Special Child.
Her classes embrace all of her movement knowledge. She is very focused on correct alignment and using the breath to deepen the asanas (postures). There is an essence of choreography in her classes as the asanas are linked together creating a flow (vinyasa). Meghan also enjoys accompanying her classes with playlists of all different music genres to enhance the practice making it more of an experience rather than simply a class. There is a strong presence of honoring your body through the sadhana (practice) and being completely present with where you need to be in your body at that exact moment. Be true to yourself and discover your full, beautiful, potential through your sadhana (practice).
